Lovely Etsy Finds!

Upon entering the blogsphere, I learned of the wonderful world of Etsy. Instantly, I was in love. I wish I had the creativity and talent that some of the wonderful sellers on Etsy.com have. Atlas, no such luck, so I shall stick to buying instead.

The other day, while doing my "Guilty Pleasures" post, I googled "Ruffle Scarf" and up popped that lovely picture of the pink scarf on the lace bodice. I used the photo in post then later went back to see what website hosted the photo.

To my surprise, I found the etsy store of FAIRYTALE13. She has goreous scarves, for both woman and girls in different styles, and colors. Here are only a handful of the pictures of her work:

Here is a little piece of her seller's
profile:
ACCESSORIES MADE FOR YOU AND YOUR HOME ARE DESIGNED, HAND CUT AND SEWN BY ME IN MY LOG-CABIN GARDEN STUDIO, CHESTER, CHESHIRE UK.

EVERY PIECE IS UNIQUE - ALL SCARVES ARE HAND RUFFLED AND NO TWO ARE THE EXACT SAME - ALL CUSHIONS ARE MADE FROM A UNIQUE MIX OF FABRICS AND AGAIN NO TWO ARE THE EXACT SAME.

MY ACCESSORIES ARE BUILT TO LAST - ALL DESIGNS ARE TRIED AND TESTED ON FAMILY AND FRIENDS BEFORE BEING MADE FOR SALE. ALL LISTED ITEMS ARE MADE UP AND READY TO SHIP, WHAT YOU SEE IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU GET.

Her scarves are simply wonderful. Please do pop over to her shop and have a look for yourself! All of the photos in this blog post are straight from her shop.

Guilty Pleasures

Are you guilty? There are little things in life that maybe are not NECESSITIES, but certainly a must for this girl. I'm not talking luxuries, but the things if life we love to adore, and could probably do without so much of (although I beg to differ)

Beauty Sleep
I am indeed addicted to sleeping. And naps, they are just divine!

Vintage Clutches
To my shock, when I googled "vintage clutches" my EXACT wedding clutch popped up. Isn't it gorgeous!

Manicures
Perfectly polished nails are a must, always.

Perfume
I would NEVER be caught dead leaving the house without a spritz or two... And when the bottle is done they make for wonderful decorative pieces.

Mascara

Luscious long lashes? Another MUST before leaving the house.

That perfect pink/nude lipstick
A girl simply can't go through life without lipstick it's a sin.
(If I had to live with only two pieces of make-up my entire life, mascara and lipstick, no questions asked)

Dresses

All day, every day. It's all I wear. And rightfully so, a lady must always dress like a lady.

Eating Outside

Beautiful picture, no? During summer I hardly step one of my pretty little stilettos in the kitchen.

Champagne

A night with champagne, well, that's a night to remember.

You will NOT see this lady drinking a beer.... But maybe a margarita or two.

Sweets

Cupcakes are one of life's little happies.

Scarves

Every season, and preferably with lace and ruffles.

Headbands

We can't all be Blair Wardorf, but we certainly can think so.

Muted colors

Simple, classy, feminine.

white.pink.cream.heather gray.taupe.
DIVINE

Letters

Bring on the romantic letters, my love.

(This one is particularly dear to my heart bc when M is away training or such, letters keep us close.

Romance Novels

All you need is LOVE.. LOVE is all you need.

PINK

Oh, lovely, and so feminine

Pearls and lace
"Every lady is born a woman, but not every woman is born a lady"

Traveling

Weekend getaways, long vacations, you name it, I'm there.

What are your guilty pleasures? All photos were found on google.com or weheartit.com.

I found that many of the photos on google images had blogspot.com URL's. I did not intentionally take from other blogs. Even so, their beautiful photos, so bravo.

The place that will inspire you...

Let's hear it for New York, New York! Yes, Very exciting new y'all! M goes active duty in Oct, which leaves us just a few months left before the crazy 8 year-long commitment to the Army starts. Being newlyweds, we wanted to do something exciting, or as Julia Roberts says is the Eat, Pray, Love trailer, *We want to marvel at something*. What better to do then move from Middle-of-Nowhere-Drunk-College-Town, PA to New York City! Thankfully we have friends in the city who were able to find us an apartment on such short notice. So, Only after 3 weeks of making the decision, M and I will be moving!! We couldn't be happier. Many people visit NYC but how fabulous would it be to tell some one you LIVED there. The biggest change will be for the pups. I joke that they used to run with horses (no joke) to running with... taxi cabs?? (BIG joke). Any way, we are planning and packing our little hearts out! The moving date is set for Aug 5th. If my blogs start to slip in posts the next couple weeks don't fret, I'll be back after the move is done! I'll take y'all on my wonderful new adventure every step of the way!

Paris Street Fashion

In my love for all things French and fashionable I fould a great website that has photos of French street fashion. These shots are literally random photographs of people walking the streets in Paris.

Why yes, I am casually sitting here in 5 inch stilletos and my thousand dollar hangbag. Oh, the life!

Muted colors, black tights, knit hats, Chanel handbags, and SCARVES SCARVES, SCARVES! Make-up is kept natural, with the exception of a fabulous red shade of lipstick and hair is naturally touseled and has that 'just rolled out of bed look' (Even if it took 2 hours to do) Oh, so fabulous, so chic, so FRENCH.
